1. Turn on two-factor authentication — Settings → Security Settings. Use an authenticator app or email codes.
2. Set a Session PIN — Account Settings → Session PIN, then lock your screen with Ctrl+Alt+O whenever you step away.
3. Give everyone their own login — and only the permissions they need.
4. Check Login History — Account Settings → Login History shows where and when your account was used.
5. Choose a safe deletion process — Settings → System Settings, "Delete After Days" gives you a recovery window.
