This Privacy Policy explains how ManagerBhai ("we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you use the ManagerBhai business-management platform and related services (the "Service"). It applies to information we handle as a controller (such as your account details) and describes how we process the business data you store in the Service on your behalf.

Your workspace data is isolated from other customers and is not shared with them. Users you invite to your own workspace can access data according to the permissions you assign.

5. FBR e-invoicing & third-party services

If you use the FBR e-invoicing integration, invoice and tax data you choose to submit is transmitted to FBR systems using the credentials you provide. That transmission is governed by FBR's own rules and privacy practices, which are outside our control. Email you receive from us is delivered via our email/SMTP provider.

6. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. The Service uses soft deletion, meaning records you delete are marked as deleted and hidden from view but may be retained for audit, backup, and legal-compliance purposes before being permanently removed. We may retain certain information longer where required by law (for example, tax and accounting records).

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including password hashing, session controls, CSRF protection, prepared database statements, access logging, and workspace-level data isolation. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password and keep your credentials confidential.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may export the business data you have stored using the Service's export tools. 10. Children
